Retrun & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We will replace your purchased product if the product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our TCard App or website. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail replacement service.

We do not accept return under Change of Mind

The conditions under which return is accepted are as follows:

  1. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
  2. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  3. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  4. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)

The customer can call or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 24 hours after the completion of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by TCard team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, broken by customer or damaged while using by customer.

Once the return criteria are met, the defective product will be collected from the customer’s Address within Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from the customers address, then the defective product can be sent through courier to our office address: Axis Delvista (Level-2), Holding no: 7/1, Aurangzeb Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka - 1207). Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our 'Return Policy’.

Refund Policy

If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e., if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But TCard retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by since your purchase. Customized Cards (such as Name, Designation, Company Name, Logo engraved) are not refundable. Any kind of damage due to accident, misuse, or abnormal use of TCard by the customer will not be subject to refund as well.

The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cashback will also be cancelled. TCard is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

TCard will process your refund according to the following refund types:

  1. Refund from returns - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
  2. Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
  3. Refunds from failed deliveries - Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address.

TCard will initiate the refunds through the following modes or through the modes provided via SSLCommerz

Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct. The account must be active and should hold some balance.

Debit Card or Credit Card: If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by TCard, please contact your personal bank.

bKash / Rocket Mobile Wallet / others: Similar to bank deposit, the amount will be refunded to the same mobile account details which you inserted at the time of payment.

We process deliveries through reputed courier services as well as our in-house delivery team. We are able to deliver TCard all over the Bangladesh as well as the world. If there is any modification in delivery charge, it is mentioned in product details.

Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ in some cases.

Standard Delivery: If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 5 business days. If it is outside Dhaka then it will take 7 business days. If you order after 6 PM, it will be considered as an order of next business day.

Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.

Exceptional Delivery: We import cards from outside Bangladesh. If any sort of shortage happens it can take 10 or more days to reach you. However, you will receive your order within the time specified.
